Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or playing Carrier Ops (the "Game") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. The Game is published by undeuxtrois studio, LLC ("we", "us"). The Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service also apply, depending on where you got the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Gems, power-ups and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are final except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Request refunds from the store you bought from.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for it.

5. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature, including virtual items, at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
